From last 3-4 months I am not getting proper menstrual bleeding. Every month I got proper period but bleeding of blood is not like always. I am not getting proper flow of bleeding from last3-4 months. Is there any problem in it.

Heavy breast are a problem as it increases back pain. I have been doing several exercises but no effect. Along with this...there is too much of fat in under arms which I want to reduce as well. Apart from the surgery if this could be done through some home remedies or exercises then it will be great and best suited for me. Can you suggest something?

My period didn't happen this month I refer to physician done ultra sound but there was nothing do period didn't happen because of the defirnciency of iron my iron was low please suggest sumething

I have always had a 27-28 days cycle, however it has changed since I had a miscarriage. April 2015 I had a missed abortion after which it took me 3 months of recovery for normal periods.
