I m having periods issue. sometimes there is heavy flow of blood and sometimes there is little flow. Before starting of menstruation there is severe pain in stomach which unbearable. Until and unless i don't take pain killer i can't able to stand also, and after starting also there is lots of pain. There is usually blood clot which comes out.

I get intolerable pain in my lower abdomen, along with gastric and vomiting sensation just before the start of my periods (before the bleeding starts). However, this only lasts for 6-8 hrs but the pain is excruciating. I have been having this from the beginning of my puberty but it has become worse in the last 2-3 years. Also, Bio-spas and other pain-relief medicines don't have any effect on my pain.
