Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My son is 3 years old. Weight 13 kg. He has been recovered from cough last week. It take his 7-10 days for recovery . Now again since yesterday evening , running nose and cough again started. Why this is happening. He falls sick in every month or two month. This time twice in a month. First he get cold runny nose then wet cough then dry cough and high fever 104-105. Then medicine antibiotics. Every time I need to give because he feels uncomfortable like blocked nose sleep disturbance. My question is why he fall sick so easily?? And every time medicine will make worse effect in his body. Isn't there any permanent cure or any syrup to give him for long time. He is suffering from upper and lower respiratery infection. Which comes and go. My baby has not catch any growth due to this. What to do. So i started giving him septilin syrup only. What could be further diagnosis. CBC is normal. No dengue malaria CRP is normal but esr is high. Esr is 23. Suggest genuine guidance.

My son cough's a lot. Wet kinds. But he doesn't spit.. he says won't dirty places. I suspect he is gulping it. My parents don't have asthma. My wife's mother has asthma but not her dad. When I turn on the air conditioning the cough stops. When I steam the room, the cough starts and blocking of the nose begins. But it looks like it nasal water dripping. And he is holding it back by inhaling it. The boy has been talking a concoction of amla giloy and aloe vera juice. He also has montair syrup but this doesn't work. He went through the comprehensive food allergy test at anandlabs but it turned negative. I am really confused about what my next step should be. Anything to get this cough gone

Hi doctor I am having cough for more than a month went n consulted doctor in hospital once before lock down he checked n confirm its upper lung infection n given medicine.. after that consulted online in practo, he given cough syrup n a stepcils like thing.. again I bought the cough syrup for another week.. but still I am having cough sneezing n cold.. None of the home remedies are effective.. I can feel the mucus deposit in my lungs, or it might be just a feeling when I cough.. Please help me how to find the exact reason for this

Sir, My younger brother has been suffering from cough for one year's. He had taken lots of syrup and medicine suggest by genral dr, After taking medicine he got comfortable, but as some month problem be continue to same, last time he taken a syrup (lomocof) this one was very good , but now time getting same problem, he want to take once same syrup, however I want to take suggestions for that problem, So , please you suggest me to what should we do for quick relief,due to this problem his neck always affected and always get breathing problems, kindly share your advise , and please suggest medicine Thnks and regards

Cold has reduced but cough is more and there from many days. Used allegra syrup from 15 days. Please help
