My kid is suffering from Cough from long time , normally he not do cough but whenever he will run then he start coughing,Need a permanent solution

I m suffring from cough from last week. I tried my best to get out from this. Bt yet cough is so hard . I want suggestion how to get out from this hard cough.

Dear team, My daughter is suffering from fever and cold with extreme coughing..we did xray checked with doc...lungs are clear...did blood test on day 2...reports seems to normal and is told viral. Yesrtday visited dr again...did xray neck lateral view( results - enlarged adenoids) Cough- budecort nebz 3 days dose with piritexyl syrup. Augmentin 3.5 ml twice  for treating her infection,today we will be on day 3 of day 13. Fluvir 12 mg has been prescribed 2.5 ml twice a day. My stressing out everytym i see high temp(102,103) on thermometer...how many more days should the fever last is my question.

I am facing sore throat ( scratchy feeling) from 20th May 2020. Following home remedies like having turmeric milk, honey, jaggery, tulsi tea and taken various immunity boosters by patanjali like Giloyi Amla. Doing saline water gargles also. Having warm water for normal drinking too. I had taken steam also. Infact the dry cough is also there. Though frequency is less. I am concerned with current global situation and need right guidance for antibiotic and dry cough syrup.

My daughter (5 yrs) was having cough and congestion from mid-February after normal cough syrup and all, she was given inhaler - livolin, flohale, montair tablet. After taking medicine from mid March, she recovered to a large extent within 15-20 days i. e. around 30th March. After that only inhaler flohale and tablet montair is ongoing. Now, she recovered. A bit stuffy nose symptom is there. But flohale and montair is still going on. Apart from this a nose spray is there. My QUESTION: she has already been given flohale inhaler and montair tablet for almost two months now. Will it have any detrimental effect? Due to lockdown most of the clinics closed. Please do give some indication so that we can take curative step.

My 2 year old had a throat infection 3 days back. the doctor prescribed her antibiotics and cough syrup. her fever is gone but she seems very lethargic and is passing lesser urine and it's dark yellow in colour. her eyes also are swelled up and when she is coughing her eyes r getting watery. I don't know if the medicines are working or not. I'm truly worried. pls suggest. she is eating less but she is feeding. she isn't drinking as much water as she usually does. very lethargic. sleeping more than usual. activity level moderate. also has what sounds like heavy nasal congestion.

My niece who is 11 years has been having breathing problems with severe cough with sputum production every now and then. She uses nebulizers, pills, and syrups get relief, but then again gets these symptoms. Her cough is severe at night. She is hypothyroid and is on levothyroxine 75 mcg, which is under better control. She gets lethargic easily with any kind of activity. She had been to many pediatricians at different hospitals in Dubai, but nobody is able to diagnose the actual problem. Some have told that she might have mild asthma, but nobody referred her to pulmonologist. Can it be bronchiolitis or asthma, acute respiratory distress, infectious process or does she needs lab evaluation such as CBC, blood gas, PFTs. Please suggest and your help is appreciated. Can she directly consult pulmonologist.
