I have cough for over a month now.. first it was a dry cough and now its a productive cough with transparent mucus.. there is also a small ulcer present on soft palate . What should i do?

I was sick 2 weeks ago and now I have had a cough that wont go away, it's been 4 days. I have used cough syrup, chloraseptic spray, my inhaler, vicks chest rub, and cough drops. It calms down a little when I am drinking water, which I have been doing a lot but I'd have to drink 24/7 for it to stop. I also get some relief when I have a cough drop in my mouth, so I am always sucking on one but its blistering my tongue and I can't sleep with it in. I need relief; my throat feels strained, my head hurts, and I can't sleep from coughing. What should I do?

My nose become suddenly wet every morning after face wash and get continuous sneezes and nasal fluid starts flowing from nowhere. After sometime everything clears and it becomes normal. This is happening multiple times a day in different times such as while cooking, after bath and sometimes suddenly comes and goes. This is happening since 3 months. Never happened like this in my life till now. Most of the time normal cold will come and go in a week. Due to covid outside, i don't want go out and consult doctor. From last 2_3 weeks i observed wet dreams are occurring after 1_2days . Or sometimes occur on daily basis. I'm now very much concerned about it. I don't watch porn nor think about sex,just phone call with my gf & which is not related sex chat or something like this. I'm talking her for 1 year on call. Her throat seems to be irritated thus causing cough.  Everyone is under viral infection in home thus she seems to be infected too. I am giving her maxtra drops and applying babyrub. Plz suggest if it is enough or any other cough syrup or medicine should be given.

Having cold and dry cough. Cough gets worse by night time. Vomitting from 5 days every night. Little headache also. Taking cough syrup and anti allergic plus anti biotic med, but not helping much. Stopped taking meals in night time also but still same problem. Please suggest what is to be done?
