I am 56 years old. I have been coughing problem from last 2 to 3 years. Normally its increased in night time. Normally it is getting recovered with medicine but after some time again coming. I am using cough syrup regularly. No issue found in blood test, urine test cough test. Please suggest what would be the best treatment to recover permanently.

I recently had a common dry cough which lasted for 6 7 days then after that I had a really bad sore throat, then I went pharmacist they gave me a cough suryp then after 4 days I finished the syrup and could see the difference. However, the cough hasn't gone yet and every time I have my dinner I puke it out every night (it's been 4 days already)

I am 30 yr old female. Every year, I get dry cough 1-2 times especially during winters. There is no cold or throat infection, only dry cough and it stays for 10-15 days. I have tried all home remedies and regular cough syrups but it does not cure. Please suggest a remedy. Is it because of weather/pollution or because of my lifestyle?

Taken many cough syrups ... Mox 500 etc but nothing works . the symptoms worsens at afternoon and at night. Once it starts dry cough starts , can't sleep, chest also pains due to coughing and feeling like asthma patient. Please help urgently.

I pass stools 5 times a day,but every time after passing stool i feel its not complete and soon after i feel some sort of heaviness and movements in lower belly and pass loud gas..Doctor gave me movicol syrup for this..Also sometimes i feel ill pass gas but,end up passing stool(sometimes mucus mixed with blood)What is the reason behind heaviness in belly despite passing stool?..Also i get cramps in rectum sometimes after passing stool and after that no stool comes out but i feel it will...will movicol help?

Dear doctor,                    Iam suffering from cough at night, only if I try to sleep, since 2weeks. 1 or 2 days in the middle I slept without cough. Cough syrup, honey and big pillows are useless ideas for me. Only sitting in chair for 45mins is helpful. Please suggest a medicine and let me know if it's a serious issue. Last 7 days i am suffering. First 3 days i have fever that comes and go. Then for last 4 days i have not so fever but i have constant cough so that I cannot sleep. Doctor Give paracetamol 650 ( if fever come) Amoxcilin Momtelukust Cough syrup I take frequently hot water and gargle with salt water. Today I feel that cough is decrese and less than yesterday. Hello Dr, In Oct 2017 my mom had bad cough. That got better but didn't go off completely. However when she climbs staircase she feels breathless and sometimes tight in the chest. I got complete health checkup done and everything looked normal. Just that her sugar had gone high. That's under control. However her cough is not gone and she runs off of breath if she walks fast or climbs stairs. For cough my mom takes Macbeth-XT syrup. Could you please advise what do I do
