Hello I actually facing a gastric problem, when I eat anything it won't digest the entire day and when I eat the water and food comes in mouth.it feel like when i drink water burps come.and feel like something little stuck in my throat and after eating always white cough comes its been happens with me  last 10 days.give me some solution i frustrated with this white cough or burps

Hii I m feeling heavy on only right side of throat from last 8 to 10 days no cough no sneezing no dry cough no travel history . I also done gargling with hot salt water but no improvement seen . I feel like swelling from outside but in real there is no swelling from outside sometimes feels like something struk in right side of neck . Please advise Thanks in advance
