My Mom has been tested Covid positive three days back. She is having excessive cough which caused her trouble in breathing. And her oxygen level is alright now but it went to 94 yesterday. And she is feeling very weak. What are the medicines to be used for her weakness and cough?

My father age 57 having was having fever and cough we have done RT-PCR and the test is negative and tested typhoid positive. He is taking paracetamol thrice a day and azithromycin once a day, cefixime 200 mg twice a day and doxocycline twice a day. Now he is not having fever but cough is there. I am still scared by seeing the scenario outside also he is not vaccinated. Please help me with some suggestions

Currently having cough and cold (entire family) and a covid test due to Tuesday. I do not have fever but have cough. My pulse rate is high even at rest. It is mostly 100+ and highest went to 117. Could not sleep at night. In morning it came down to 92 but again went to 113 when at rest. Please suggest what to do in this situation.

I have been taking cardace 2.5 tablet from August 17th. For the past one month I am having dry cough which is severe and disturbing my sleep. Day time manageable. Is this the side effect of cardace 2.5 mg tablet. What should I do? Any cough medicine I can try or any alternate BP tablet. But the  reading is fine after I started taking cardace 2.5 mg. I hv suffered fever and body pain with cough during 10th October 20 to 12th October. My temperature was between 98.1 to 99.1. From 13th onward everything is ok only little cough exist. Can I go for covid test in this circumstances. I would like to tell that my other 4 family members also faced same problem and they also cured.
