Doctor my son is 7.5 months old.. Usko two days se potty starting me hard ho Ri h vo strain kr RHA h bht jiski vajah se blood bi do bar aya h potty ke sth sth starting me.. Kya me use duphalac stool softner syrup de skti hu ? Or iski kya dose deni chahiye mujhe ? Jab ye four months ka tha to doctor ne di thi ye syrup. Pls tell me what should I do ?

Hi, I have completed my 4 MONTHS of TB medication till now.. presently i am taking 1.Akurit 3 Tablets (4 tablet) 2.Benadon 40 mg tab (half tab) 3. Dexorange syrup ( i am thallesemia minor: my HB was 7.9 last month but this month it it is 9.3 as i am taking this syrup) 4.Ursocol Sr 450 mg tab(since last month as LFT was not as normal as it should be) 5.calcirol d3 sachet ( once in a week) Now i wants to know that my LFT report is in normal range so should i continue taking URSOCOL Sr 450 mg tablet or i should stop taking it. Please advice Thanks

I have left hydronephrosis and hydroureter due to 6mm calculus in uv junction and right mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter. kolkata medical college doctors prescribed me tamsulosin 0.4,levofloxanin,pot.(for 5 days) cytrate syrup. i already take tamsulosin and pot cytrate syrup for 30 days, now in this lockdown period what should i do?,i cant able consult the doctor, a online urologist suggest me to do usg to check the condition,but previously when i do usg,it fails to identify stone further i do CT of KUB to detect that stone.. now what should i do, go for a usg, or for CT scan or simply take tje medicine for more 15 days? plz suggest me doctors.

Hi, During pregnancy test Thyroid (TSH -45) was identified, so taking medicine(150 mg) every day morning from last 1 week, and I have 9 weeks of pregnancy now. I don't have constipation problem earlier,Not sure May be now because of  Thyroid medicine, I didn't poop from last 5 days and I am getting little pain on stomach. Can anyone suggest is it good to take syrup/medicine for constipation (worrying because it may effect baby). It will be great help if suggests Syrup or specific food  to get rid of the problem naturally. ( I wanted to avoid medicine as much as possible) Thanks in advance...

Suffering from fissure, for more than 15 days. 5/6 days back, Consulted Gestro Surgery Specialist. He have given Lacithop syrup for stool softening and two ointments to heal the tearing. I am taking the syrup, But unable to put the ointments. It's near to impossible to out anything at your anal line. I am eating only boiled vegetables with rice. No oil. No spice. No Non-Veg. Doctor has given a 15 days course. But every morning I am still struggling with defecation process. And pain in the anal area stays for long time.. Now I have started controlling stool for longer time. Just to avoid the pain. Please give me a solution. It's getting pathetic to bear the pain. I have attached the prescription.

I have pyoderma due to I.b.d problem and apthous ulcer I M taking dexorange syrup 3 times. cetrizine 5mg at night and lotion applying mix betamethasone cream 0.05mg and clotrimazole 1% cream mix. But no improvement in constipation and lactizip syrup and pan d tablet. This problem after recovering from bells palsy. My bells palsy medicine were Prednisone 2b.d and honey three time after meal.I have done wholebody test all are negative excluding iron.

Hi Sir/Madam, My son who is 4months old is not passing stool past few days (6days). He poops after 1day when he was given lactulose USD syrup. This problem started when he was 3and half month old. As Pediatrician suggested I am giving him lactulose syrup every 3rd day (2.5ml twice a day) of constipation, then after a day he used to poop. But this time after 6doses(3days) he didn't poop. I'm very much worried. Please do let me know if any home remedies or need to do any physical exercise? And is this issue common in infants or need to worry?

Hi Doctor, My child is going to be 1 yr young by Mar 18. She held a hot iron on last Friday evening :( we rushed to her Paed immediately and before we could reach she got blisters on her left hand palm. Doc diagnosed and he has prescribed ibugenic plus syrup, Rantac syrup and Silverex ionic ointment to be put on the blistered place. She has 2 big blisters on the palm of which the bigger one has popped on sat and she has some small ones on the tips of her fingers. Am worried about when will the blisters pop and get healed. Sir Feeling uneasy & little pain in stomach due to formation of gas since one & half year. Gas releases from top bottom with sound. Sometimes sever pain in the stomach and upper abdominal pain. This is getting relieved after taking a tablet & antacid syrup. Presently, I am using SAMPRAZ-l in the morning with empty stomach for the last 8 months.But still There is no much relief. In the night I am taking MUCAINE Syrup of 5 ml before bed, then only there is relief in the night. Otherwise uneasiness will continue. ENDOSCOPY is also done. No ulcers. There is no problem & everything is normal. I am Diabatic and using SEMI-EMRYAL -0.5 mg after breakfast. This simple gastric problem. Pl show suggest me a appropriate medicine.
