I have small white patches on face. Looks like vitiligo.  Doctor recommended me melbild xl and tacrolimus 0.1%. can you confirm me is it really vitiligo  and recommend vitamin tablets or syrup for the same. I have attached photo for reference.

I have bloating at arround 4am I have taken pan it and pan d and aciloc 300mg  after and before meal. But endoscopy shoe no gas.
