I have been uti since a month..i went to the dr and he prescribed ofloxin,histac 150,and syrup magnisium pottasim citrate..evb two times i did my urine analysis and it shows pus cells 5-6 and epithelial cells few.......so what should i do

Gradual delay in periods, hormonal issue, pimple breakouts, mood swings, short period days, cramps during period, digestion problem (sometimes). I was suggested Hempushpa. But the problem is I'm confused how to use it. There's tablets as well as syrup in the pack.. which one should I use ? Or should I use both ? And how ? Are there any side effects ? Like, would I gain weight ? I surely don't want that.. please help.

4mm stone was there in my right kidney upper calyx pole when I have got ultrasound done 15 days back. I have drank 2 neeri syrup bottle and drinking lot of water.
