Hello from past 5 months i feel disconfort in my throat like saliva and cough stuck in throat i seen highly ent specialist but nothng working out he said me its dry cough with mucus.

I was tested positive and showed no symptoms except cough. after 20 days of quarantine and no cough i went to visit my friend and she accidentally used my spoon while eating her food. what are the chances i infected her?
