Ddoctor, I experience wet dreams regularly Few dreams can be recollected but some or not. I often experience Wet messy bed in the morning ever since I m in puberty . And conciously I have low interest  in sex but I will be having wet dreams. .I am bit afraid and I sometimes I experience 2 times a week. Please educate me on this issue. I am depressed and feeling guilt about future.... And please let me know my sex health and about my parental concerns I have few quires to ask it is as follows. 1.Can I be a father in future 2.can I have sex in future 3.am I suffering from ED..? 4.whom to contact for this kinds of issues.. I am really devastated  about my own health and happenings in my body.. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AND ADVICE. Hello doctor..my 3.5 year old son has persistent cough .he is taking montairlc from last 1 year ..even now if I miss single dose he cough end lesly .. Dr suggested me to stop this medicine but his he coughs badly if I stop giving this medicin.his tests reports of fot test are normal and syrum ige level is also normal according to doctor ..what should I do.. From last 4 days I haven't given him that syrup but he is coughing badly ...

I suffer from cold ,fever productive cough. I take dolo 650 2 times fever was settle now. Feel good and take ascoril ls syrup for productive cough ,now cough is better and phlegm is also less but now I feel upper stomach and lower respiratory muscle pain whenever I coughing. I take ascoril ls from last 2 days .should I stop ascoril ls or what should do.

Son aged 8 years, has slight cold with blocked nose for nearly 8 days. Have been giving him relent syrup 6 ml twice a day. The blocked nose hasn't cleared. From yesterday he has persistent cough. Gave him chericof , but no releif. Cough looks like dry cough but feels a pressure at chest while coughing. Kindly suggest medicines.

Hi Doctors, my son now having prolonged cough for more than 3 months , cough is not regular but having strong sound whenever coughing like mucus which is never going off. Tried with cough syrups, Nasal sprays and antibiotics but now doctor is suggesting for inhaler having steriods for 3-4 months . Is it safe to give to my 3 year old kid?

For the 1st time she spotted blood with cough. She is having cough from last 20 to 25 days. But took no precautions. Then kept taking antibiotics and other cough syrup for 10 days and from last 10 days taking Citrizine daily in the night. And she used to cough so badly and ultimately 1st time we saw blood when she spit with gob.

A week ago I had a bad cough, congested throat and fever. I went to doctor who said I had pharyngitis. He gave me azithral, one other antibiotic, a cough syrup and a tablet which was a combination of paracetamol 500 mg and livocetrizine. After two days my throat congestion and fever were gone. However still I am having some cough and a feeling of congestion in chest (which we typically feel like when so much mucus is there). Cough though is mostly dry. Sometime while I exhale I hear sound like congestion and mucus.

Hello doctor my son 3yr 11months has on n off cough problem from few months, these cough syrups which doctor gives just give temporary relief. Again it's the same, our paediatrician is not ready to even take chest xray n see wats the real cause of this cough. Few months back he was also on inhaler of budecort n levolin. Now on cough syrups of relent plus and macberry xt, but still no relief, I want to no if there is any tests to do to confirm wat is causing this cough problem, I am fed up of this, please prescribe any permanent solution or tests to be taken for this n find the real cause.

Hello doctor my son 3yrs 6months had pneumonia last November n was hospitalized n got recovered, but from March he is having on n off coughs , so we consulted our paediatrician he said it's allergic cough n gave inhaler budecort n levolin since cough syrups dint work for him even after using for a week. Now from few months he was fine, now again from 3days he is having cough, I gave him chericof but still the cough dint stop. So as prescribed earlier , can I give him levolin inhaler. Will it cause any harm since I already used chericof syrup for 3days. N is this inhalers given only for asthma or even allergies, I have no history of asthma in my family, so worried.

Hi I had severe cold, heavy head and lots of sneezing on 19th Oct 2017 and was prescribed azithromycin, cetrizine & diphenhydramine syrup for 3 days. I got well with the dose but then developed cough which was not getting out of the system..so lots of khich khich..again went to doc and was given azithromycin, ranitidine & ambroxol syrup for 5 days.. now cold symptoms are all gone..only thing that has stayed is the persistent cough.. I donot always have mucus in cough..many a times it's dry cough and I experience tears in my right eye when I cough suddenly..I also feel whether this vough is totally separate from the one I had got medication for...please advise
