Hello Doctor, My baby 2years 7months weight 13kg is running high fever 102-103 Please let me know the daily dose of Meftal P Syrup.

My doctor suggest ondem ,ibugesic plus and ofloxcin syrup to my daughter however my daughter sleep hole day not even eat anything only drink water and sleep last two day she had fever and voimating not she is only sleeping not eat anything pls suggested

My Baby is 11 months old n he is  having 102.9 fever n given ibugesic plus syrup but temp is not coming down

Just now given piriton expectorant 6 ml and vitaresp FX 5 ml. Can we give ibugesic syrup.? Please suggest..
