She got fever last Saturday and till now fever is there. Paracetamol does not work for her. So giving combiflam syrup. Our doctor told to reduce valparin syrup. Can we reduce the present valparin dose( 4ml-5ml) as per below schedule . Please guide. 4ml for 2 days then 3ml -4ml for 2 days then finally 3ml - 3ml.
