My toddler who is 2 year old girl baby is not eating.. she refuses almost all the meals.. we force feed her.. she weights 9.4.. we tried multivance and polybion syrup to increase the appetite but it is of no help.. should we try any other syrup to increase the hunger.. please suggest

Dear Sir/Madam, I had dengue Antigen positive in last week. Platelets were around 240000. I recovered after taking some Ayurvedic medicines such as Platenza tablets, papayen syrup and Adliv Syrup. Thereafter, cbc is done. In CBC report, Immature Cells are 1.3 which is highlighted in report. What could be the reason and what to do for it? Report is attached herewith. Thanks in advance!

I have Iron level of 42.5 when normal range is 50-170 and ferritin level of 19.4 when normal range is 10-295. Can dexorange syrup help me in Iron deficiency. If yes, how much syrup should i consume in a day and for how many days?? or any other suggestions to improve the deficiency
