If I had walked past a gauze soaked with blood not sure if touched with feet or not(I was wearing slippers) and came home washed my feet with detergent and water and changed the pants! Will the hiv virus be transmitted to that new pair of pants while changing and if so will it cause infection if I wore it over wet undies after 4 days?

Hello Doctors, Having lot of vaginal discharge since few years. Also that area is always wet, which is making much discomfort. Always need to use panty liners, even when no periods due to this heavy discharge. Had consulted a gynaecologist and had medicines- antibiotics, a suppository and all.. for vaginal infection. But the issue is coming again. Iam also a diabetic, but just from one month and vaginal discharge is there from much years. No thyroid or any other issues in blood test. Please suggest. Thank you...
