Its been around 10 days, still suffering for cough. I have taken some medicine for cough.

Aa per doc suggestion i started tamig ferretone syrup.. It contain FERRIC AMONIUM CITRATE, VITAMIN B12, AND FOLIC ACID. The day i started this syrup.. From the nxt day i m having greenish stool.. Amd greying black stool..? Before that my stool colur was normal? Is it due to this syrup?

Because of my exams I slept for 2 hours on average for 3-4 days and now I have started to feel sleepy all day long even after sleeping for 8 hours . Today I almost wet the bed like a little happened but I woke up and was able to avoid it completely. What could be wrong .
