Cut on finger by fan

I got a cut on my finger and nail on the tip by ceiling fan in evening yesterday and feeling pain. I just tied a wet hanky on it. Yet now in next morning I am feeling pain. And it is looking black. Should I get a tetanus injection or anything else. Please recommend me proper suggestion. Looking for your recommendation.

Joy itch with foul smell
