Yesterday during school, I suffered from pain in my chest and what also felt like the heart. I struggled to get to my next class, and while I was sitting at my desk, the pain got awful. I couldn't find a comfortable position. Afterwards, I started sweating and the room became really dark. Class was almost over, so I withheld the pain until we were dismissed. Walking to the bus and the bus ride home was also painful. After getting home, I sat on my bed and found a comfortable position. After 15 or so minutes, I was able to lay down and find a position that didn't hurt very much. I felt better after waking up 2 hours later, but the pain was still there. Any time I bent forward or backward, the pain would come back, as well as when I inhaled too much. My grandfather pressed down on my chest and found out that the pain is where the line down the middle of my chest ends. The pain is still there today, only this time it's more of a nuisance rather than torture like it was yesterday.

I am having weakness leg pain joint pain and mild fever .This started after having sex 1 month earlier. Hi, I just returned from Saudi Arabia. Had mild and sometimes but severe body aches there and used to take pain killers. Than after 3/4 days on day of return to my home hs temperature and sore throat. Now I take panadol since April 13 after every 8 hours and when the effect subsides have mild temp again and when I take panadol the temp is gone. Had chest mild infection so started anitiotic claricid with anti allergy rigix. What should I do ?
