Hello , i am suffering from fever and cough due to which my stomach,head  is paining because of cough can i take medicine in pregnancy for cough and fever.

Heavy cough going and problem in breath. I am not take breath in cough problem. I have pain in chest by cough.

I have high fever (max :103.66 F) from 3rd Nov 2021. Other major symptoms are feel cold at night even under blanket, whenever measured found high fever, waist ache, headache (during body movement) and dry cough with no mucus being released. Few test results: Dengue is -ve Widal test is -ve Malaria is -ve Urine routine is -ve ESR value is 22 On 15th nov I visited physician, he physically examined and said i have chest infection and suspected pneumonia. He advised for chest Xray and sputum test. Due to radiations from CT scan, I haven't gone for chest CT scan yet. My concern is its been more than two weeks consuming cough syrup but rarely some thin mucus from throat comes out. So how can i get my sputum test done ? And since thick mucus isn't coming past two weeks, do i really have pneumonia ? Note: on this week's antibiotics (amoxicillin) did get little relief in fever (now max i recorded is 39 C)

Deriphyllin 3. Ivermectine 4.Pantop D 5.montair 6.paracetamol 7. Vitamin C All for 5 days I use hot water for drinking and gargling I take steam also My main problem is I'm feeling like suffication when throat get tighten and nose is block Earlier 6 months ago I had elegical cough also so i used hot water fir long time since from that time i feel like I have some problem in my throat .
