April - taken dolo650 with LCZ in morning, took sun bath for 15 min, feeling better. But feeling stiffness and pain just behind the lungs ( back) . Don't want to go out untill utmost necessary, please advice alo prescribe medicine Age 38 Height 5.10 Weight 95 No medical problem / not taking any regular medicine

In above treatment, Dr. Has given me Fomitide 200 (formoterol fumarate and budesonide) for inhalation, Duonase nasal spray. Its effectivene but after taking this it feels much tiredness, sleepiness, hoarseness of voice and mainly muscle pain so that there is no desire of walking or any work. So my concern is that 1. Lower dose can reduce these side effects? 2. If yes, is lower dose of this medicine is available? 3 If available then what will be dose?
