Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My son 4 and half yrs old. He had ear infection last Wednesday. Gave him bactoclav 650 syrup for 3 days and he recovered. From Thursday he is getting fever on and off, particularly early mrg 3'o clock to 5'o clock. He is also having cold and congestion.. not much cough but only nasal congestion. I am worried about recurring fever. Is it bacterial or viral? I don't think antibiotics is working in his case. Doctor has given p250 syrup and ascoril D . Should I continue or visit pediatrician again?

Hi I was covid positive on June 14 .after 10 days also I have mucous in throat due to which iam trying to cough out used many medications and syrups but no cure some what relieved.few days back got fever 2 days but no temp headache and throat pain .Since many days after covid I noticed tongue bluish purplish colour .Not Dark lyt blueish purplish colour also very lyt hardly noticeable lips colour blueish .is there anything serious or will it cure also have too much weakness .Using zincovit syrup .Age 28f.Spo2 ranging 96-98 .plz reply very much worried .thank you

My baby is 6month 15days and 7.6kg . Had cold and cough... Doctor suggested mucolite ls drop 1.5lm and calpol 1ml ... Mucolite ls drops which is not available any where only mucolite Ls syrup is available or dropa without LS,  just mucolite drop is available ... or should I give ascoril ls drops.. is this same percentage and content has mucolite ls... Or should I give mucolite ls syrup only(since drops not available) is this safe .. how much should I give for 6month and 7.6kg baby... Please give some suggestions..  consulted doctor not available for few days...
