Dear sir, I'm suffering from fever last 4/5 days. Body temperature constant near 100 degree in daytime. But in night it increases 102/103 degree. I took paracetamol BP 500 3 in a day 1+1+1 But there is no improvement. Please prescribe me what can i do. Thanks in advance.
