I have been having fever, cold, cough and throat infection from last 3 days. Fever is not more , but throat paining to more. Its very difficult when i take a food.

I am 33years old...I m ashthamatic...I take maxiflo 250 every day...I caught fever and cough 15days back...cough is still persisting.. recently my doctor gave me predmet 16 for 2times for 7 days...along with nebulization with budecort and duolin for 3times for 3 to 5days...mucinac600 and cepodem xp 325..and ascoril...I am already taking all the medicines...my question is can I suddenly stop the medicine name predmet16..as it is a strong steroid...I m afraid to take it...as I already took it 32mg dose for one day..can I suddenly stop it? Or I need to minimise the dose..den what will be the doses..Plz reply..

By twins (4.5) have adenoids Enlargement and cronic cough. They get frequent viral infections 2 to 3 times in 1 month. Underweight 14.5kg. I am taking homopathy treatment from 4th july 2022. But their condition is not improving. My main concern is dry cough . They are suffering so much .I can't watch them so many sleepless nights..does homopathy really effective in treating adenoids. Having dry cough from 1 month and no other syntoms. Doctor told its allergic. May have bronchitis. However xray came normal. But ct scan shows multiple patches. We Never got covid, but doctor told might be it was kind of minor flu , which you may have not reliazed. Reports attached. Doctor gave taxim o cefixime oral suspension, paracetamol flucold drops, levosalbutamol sulphate, ambroxol hydrochloride guaiphenesin drops. Today is his third day of medicine. He eats n sleeps. But today night twice hes got up from sleep after a cough. And little sound not sure if nose or throat. Sometimes sneezem his fever reduced. Next day itself. He keeps rubbing his face I even off fan.
