Hlow...i am worried about little stain of blood coming from cough of my wife....currently its her 33rd weeks in pregnancy....it first appeared in the 16th week of pregnancy...its wasnt coming regularly...just once it came....and then after 2 months she again coughed with blood, very little....the doctor said to observe it and it didnt happen again....now again in her 33rd week she got blood in cough....this is occuring after big gaps, but i am worried....is their any test we can do to illuminate the risk...or there is nything to worry.? My wife has no previous history as such and she was abolutely fine before pregnancy... Please guide me....

I had tonsillitis and pharyngitis and due to which inwas on amoxclav 625 for 5 days. After 2 days, the inflammation in the throat region has reduced however today morning I when cleared my nose it had jelly like yellow mucus and also when i coughed the phlegm out from my chest, it was yellowish. So i kept on clearing the phlegms by coughing, and many times I got red blood tinged mucus. I am very much scared now. Please help me. And in the entire day i coughed but there was no blood but the phlegm was like stringy thick sometimes whitish foamy and sometimes clear. I am scared, please help me. Also I am travelling in prayagraj now, is that aggravating the condition/infection due to pollution? Please help!

As prescribed by doctor m giving my 1year old son below medicine but still cough is not gone. Should i go for consultation again or wait. (21st aug to 25th aug- sinarest 1 m thrice and mucolite thrice) after that from 25th aug till today- axenclav twice 2.5 ml (antibiotic),wiconyl 2ml thrice and asthakind2.5 ml thrice. And nebuliser. Today is third day for aniti biotic aand dose will finish. His cough is not gone yet and runny nose is also thr bit. He is active and taking feeds. Less solid and breast milk. While coughing it feels like chest is congested. Kindly suggest if i have to take him for consultation or should i wait for few more days

Hello, I've had flu for two weeks since 15th May. I am one week ahead of the flu. Fever lasted only for four days. Extensive coughing lasted two weeks. I am reposting this with some more details. My spo2 is 99% , Peak expiratory flow is 650 liters. I don't have shortness of breath or feel tired. Coughing mostly dry but once or twice with phlegm white in color. Sternum and back pain due to coughing. Pain level 2 out of 10. Frequent throat clearing. One nostril always free not anymore congested. No labored breathing or noises when checked with a stethoscope. Symptoms better after steam inhalation for about three to four hours.

Hi Doctor I had cough and headache 8th Aug onwards till 11th Aug. post which headache stopped and cough was reducing too. On 13th Aug I did a 7 hour road trip and was all fine. On 14th Aug evening I suddenly started having pain in my left ear. It continued till 16th morning. On 17th evening I started having headache again. Today I feel fullness in my ears. Pain in my head and cough. Should I give it time to cure by itself or is it something to worry? Please help.

Hi doctors,pls help My wife is having dry cough and high fever along with little shivering. I went to both MBBS and MD doctor both saying its due to viral infection due to climate change and their suggestion is not to go for Rtpcr.MD doctor saying there is little swollen on windpipe due to cough which will settle down in 2 days... But fever is not going and cough also there...spo2 is 97 98 Currently gave 3 dose of dolo 650 ,1 dose of moxikind and 1 dose of grillintus syp... Please help with your suggestions

My father got covid on 22nd April, last month. After multiple tests, we got to know that he got some bacterial infection in his lungs and CRP value touched 140 due to which he had to admit to the hospital. He was given remdisivir injections and other antibiotics. Through all that time, he was having a lot of cough. Which decreased by the time passed. After coming back from the hospital, he continued with steroids of 16 mg, then 8mg, then last one 4 mg each for 5 days. The course of steroids completed last week. But still cough has not completely gone. Its still there. What should be done in such case? Even after recovery cough is still there.

Hello Doctors, My daughter is 32 months old. From starting(1st year of birth) she keep getting Cough cold and fever every month during winter season and same thing is continuing till now she gets cough cold n eventually fever. Does that mean her immunity is low or is that common for kids to catch cold so frequently ? What can be done to protect her from these frequent episodes of cough cold n fever though take full care that she don't don't eat any thing that would cause her this n take care of proper clothing as well. But now a days she started putting random things in mouth. She is an under weight kid n weighs only 10kgs. Please help me regarding this. Thanks

Hi Doctors, My 2 years old baby is coughing from 2 -3 days. She's taking breastfeeding. She will not blow her nose and not allowing to touch her nose. Giving steam daily but mucus not coming out from nose. Yesterday night gave lemon juice mixed with 1spoon honey. But today early morning she started coughing and couldn't sleep properly. Which saline drops is good (in medical shop they are asking the name) and can I put while she's sleeping. Can you suggest some home remedies for cough especially at night or while sleeping it's more. And how long it takes to cure completely. Thanks in advance

2 months ago light cough started and it began too worst with yellowish or greenish phlegm when ever I'm getting cough. I used many medication to this problem but it's not gone. And now recently 10days back throat pain with irritation ,chills ,fever and ear pain starter due these conditions I'm unable to sleep during nights.
