My friend is facing severe coughing and sneezing issues since a very long time. Even if he avoids cool things that can cause cold or any other things, his health gets bad and sneezing and coughing starts, which has lead to nose pain. We are not aware whom should we consult regarding this condition as we are not sure what is this about

I've developed a dry cough from 15.10.2021 onwards. Now I started feeling that something is stuck in throat. Coughing is normal in day time and slightly more during nights. Hi I had severe cough cold and fever for last 15 days. As prescribed by doctor, I completed two courses of antibiotics of 5 days each ( azithromycin, amoxicillin ). As of now I do not have any cold or fever for last 3 days. Also the extent of phlegm has reduced. But I feel chest tightness, shortness of breath and mostly dry cough. I am not taking any medication as of now. Pl suggest ?

Hi Doc, i am facing cold, dry cough and fever from last 4 days. After taking fever medicine my fever get down, but after few hour i again feel feverish.. The worst thing is when i cough i have a huge pain in left chest something like burn... Doc told me that wait for 3 days after that we need to do few test as mentioned in the attached Prescription... On 30th March i was tested positive for covid, on 24th april i was tested negative. I was having sever cold cough since 13-14 march, and even today i am having cold cough. Even if i take antibiotics, it gets better in 2 weeks and then again relapses. What should be done
