Today I tested positive for pregnancy.i am feeling cold and cough,also watery nose from last two days. Should I take any medicine for cold, keeping pregnancy in mind.or I shouldn't take any medicine.

Hi Doctors, My wife have fever,dry cough since last 3 days...we visited to GP MD ,he yold its viral fever and not corona so we have not tested...last night fever is down and even progress in her dry cough...we are taking Moxikind 625 1-0-1,wikroryl 1-0-1,grillintus2-2-2,dolo 625 when feverish...fever is gone but dry cough is still there we are taking steam twice a day...when will dry cough and any other medical  suggestion...her spo2 is fine 97 98.pl help...
