Hello doctor, my 7 and a half month old daughter is having cough with some sound and fever around 100 degrees. Her doctor advised to give atarax drops 0.5 ml, thrice a day. Few days back my son had cold, for that also the doctor advised atarax. Can it be given in both the cases. Shall I continue to give atarax to my daughter?

Hello, From past 3 months she is having cough & consulted doctor near by. It's been informed it might be due to dust & infection so tablet was provided but didn't help. I have cough only during the morning times and feel the tightness in the chest only in mornings(so couldn’t able to breath for sometime). Doctor said I am allergic. So i had Montair 10 mg as per doctor suggestion. When I take medicine I am ok in the next morning,when I don’t take the same happens to me every morning.
