Taking supradyn and becosule z is good
I am 30 year old and vegetarian. I am taking Daily 1 supradyn and becosule z on alternate days. I try to eat balance diet as much as possible. 1 year back my b12 level was one third. After that I started to take Dailly becosule z. Now I have changed to alternate days. And supradyn as compliment every day . Can I continue this.

Regarding astymin z syrup
Hello ,
My kid is 6 yrs old.she weighs 18.5 kgs.
Doctor prescribed me "astymin z " 10 ml after meal once a day to increase her appetite.
She has become poor eater.
