I am 34 weeks pregnant and for my back ache i used volini which has diclofenac once but i later realised and washed it off, should I visit my doctor or i neednot to worry? Please help

I gor volini sprayed inside one of my eye. It burns like fire in eyes. i was crying loudly and went to a hospital but they demanded me to deposit 20k and get admitted even without looking at my eyes. I have applied water continuously and normal antibiotic eye drop. Please tell me if there is any risk of losing or affecting my vision?
