Which is better between volini gel and volini spray for sprains/fractures? Is gel more effective or spray?

Can use of Volini spray every other day cause any problems to kidney or any other parts? I have so far taken about 85 NSAID tablets in July-Sept and Jan-March for various issues. Now, I am having neck to arm muscle spasms, discomfort, etc. Volini is helping me a lot. Can I use it? In this time of Covid and fungus, it is hard to do MRI or Xray or even visiting the doctor.
