My pus cells are 227/hpf and rbc 69.5/hpf My sq. Epithelial cells are 17.7/hpf Rest everything is normal. I had been given urispas tab and citralka syrup before test. Do I need more medication? Is my infection severe?

I have undergone a c section in the month of January2022. Recovery and everything went well, however I face issue in urinating. At the end of urination there is slight pain in my vagina and sometimes it also burns. Sometimes after urinating I also feel tingling affect in my vagina. I also feel like some part of urine is still trapped. What could be the possible cause ? I have taken urispas but the problem is not completely resolved.

My cukture urine report is showing infection . I have taken taxim as prescribed by practo doctor only.but till the time i was having that symptoms were k, now from today it has arised again.
