I'v already consulted Dermatologist in the past and prescribed Sotret 20 Capsule, CIPLOx-500 Tablet, Salisia KT Shampoo, Clindac A solution, But it didn't work. Hi, is it okay to take generic medicine in place of Doctor's prescribed medics. Example: Doctor Prescribed Sotret 10 MG capsule. Generic solution is D-Acne 10 MG. Both contains same salt. Company changes reducing the cost of the product. What should I do?

I went to dermatologist also and used medicines but as long as i am using tablets i am not getting pimples but when i stop using i am again affecting with those.I am using tablets from 4 yrs onwards but no use now. They are not reducing.Is there any harm to use those tablets(SOTRET) and what i have to do to get free from this???Dark scares are forming on my face along with pores??? :(
