I have a sedentary life , and my blood pressure is between 130 to 140 and the lower diastolic is between 85 to 90. Food: I am a pure vegetarian, and all my food is prepared in very less oil , less salt and my sugar intake is very minimal. Also my triglycerides and their rations are not in limits. I have problem of excessive sweating. When I walk or get tensed then excessive sweating. My heart beat get doubled and used to feel weak and nervousness.
