We had consulted a doctor and he suggested him to take SILOTIME-D caps.but there is no improvement after taking that medicine for almost 3 months.please suggest

I am 71 year old male .having BPH . Sonography taken 4 months revealed , the size of prostrate as 54 grms. & urine retention 74cc.Median Lobe of prostrate projecting in to bladder base by 1.4 cm. The blood test indicated PSA total serum 2.78 & PSA free serun 0.693. I was put on Silotime D8 one tablet at night AF Food. 3 days back sonography taken again & the prostrate has shrunk to 44 grm & urine retention quantity has come down to 38 cc. Is it safe to continue Silotime D8

Hi, just going through left side upper pole pcnl surgery and it is very painful n expensive procedure. i drink plenty of water 4 to 5 liter daily. now after 4 months done sonography and detect right side tiny calculi. My urologist suggests me some medicine course but when i get these medicines specially silotime 4mg i feel tired n weak, abnormal sweating and headache. Please suggest correct medicines. can medicines helpful for this condition? How to get rid of this stone issue ?

Having history of heart attack 2 times. Undergone CABG surgery in 2006. Pulse rate has dropped drastically in the last 48 hours. Fluctuating between 40-47. Consulted house physician and he has recommended to stop Navicard 5 mg. Kindly advice. Taking following medications now except Navicard: 1. IROVEL 300 mg - 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. 2. STAMLO - 5 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 3. NAVICARD - 5 mg - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 4. ASPIRIN -75 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 5. CLAVID-75 - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 6. COQ - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 7. Omega-3 -1500 mg - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 8. Neuroday H - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 9. B.Fet tablet - 1 tablet daily after breakfast 10. NAVICARD - 5 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 11. Olsar-H 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 12. Ezeedoc 10 mg - 2 tablets daily after dinner 13. Rosubas 40 mg - 1 tablet daily after dinner 14. Silotime 8 mg - 1 tablet after dinner Kindly advice urgently.
