Hello all, My doctor has prescribed Rifagut and econorm for 20 days for possible sibo. I have been having loose stools twice a day for the past few months when I switched to plant based high fiber diet. I have taken quite a few antibiotics In the last one year for h pylori infection, July 2018(2 antibiotics), amebiasis, October 2018 (2 antibiotics) and rifagut (3 days in December). I have been reading that antibiotic use is directly linked to development of crohns and ulcerative colitis. Is it okay for me to take rifagut now or do I have any chances of developing ibd after this antibiotic use? Thank you

I have been having lower abdomen pain and headaches and slight weakness in body. A doxtor gave me rifagut but I wasn't tested for Anything. Is rifagut given for infection of gut?

Hi Iam hvnh fistula recently diagnosed, it is 7 o clk perianal fistula no pain but sometimes pus discharge alone. And two days i had some food poisoning so went to doc he prescribed rifagut 550, vls#3, ciplox tz, somraz d40 Is this treat my fistula pus also. These many tablets needed??? A doc prescribed 5 days of rifagut 400 tab twice a day for diarrhoea. Is this overwhelming, because the patient started to feel nauseous , bloated and acidic. Is 3 day course was enough for diarrhoea and are we extending it much? Can this induce diarrhoea again?

I was given rifagut 550 twice a day for 10 days .my symptoms was gas , vertigo and grambling sound whenever i eat outside food or oily or sugary ocassionally.with the very first dose all symptoms are gone and i had completed my 9 days of rifagut 550 twice and wilac capsule night .should i stop the medicine or continue,if continue then for how many more days.i m getting fed up with meds and want normalcy in life. I think protein supplements i was using continuously for so long containing  digestive enzymes is creating the problem amd my time of taking protein is around 8-9 pm and then eating dinner around 10 pm and taking milk 400ml before bed around 1-2 am in night is causing the problem. Hi, I am diabetic taking gemer ds3 and udapa 10/100 mg in breakfast , taking gla 120 for neuropathy, taking rifagut 400 mg due to stomach pain issues since 2019. The current symptoms I have is hard stools, ink taste in mouth, headaches after taking maida or any hot thing like medicine, tea, coffee, nuts, spices etc..., needle like pain in back upper right side of liver and heaviness in back side of liver, dry mouth and Hyperacidity, after meals deep sleep occurrs,  i want to know if the Ammonia levels have increased in my liver ? Is there any test to diagnose Ammonia levels in liver? Please advise 🙏
