Expecting a Heart attack

My father 57 years old. Has a hypertension. He is been recently prescribed with irbesartan, rosuvastatin, aspirin 100 mg. Trimetazidine and coenzyme q10. It seems it became worser. And then recently he felt the symptoms of a heart attack for 10 mins in his left side and he cannot move his arms. I have been researching and i would like to ask if it is applicable to my father especially during a heart attack if I let him chew a 300 mg aspirin and also cayenne pepper(to act like NTG)?As far as I know he is not prescribed with any glycerin. Slightly high cholesterol level too. Thank you.

Cold and weakness for 40days

I had a angioplasty done 2.5 months back and am on dual platelet therepy (ecosprin 150, prasita 10, concor 1.25g) and cholesterol (rosuvastatin). For Jan 1st I have cold initially it was in chest with coughing, I was given augmentin and allergy_m for 5 days. Then my cheeks had severe pain first left then right.  Went back again. Sinusitis and boils in mouth were detected. I was given allergy tablet. It goes in one place and comes back in another. This week i had bleeding along with mucous. X-ray was within normal limits so I got spray solspree, nasoclear gel, limcee, mucolitis Sr caps. Generally in morning I am ok till 8 am (walk exercise etc) then after that I have lot of mucous which gets cleared. but by evening I feel very weak with burning eyes and nose, feel as though I'll get ulcers in mouth, feverish feeling but temp is normal 78.4) I am wondering if is the sinusitis that is not going away or medicene side effects. I never had such a bad cold ever.

Medicine or not and said to consult a dietician, and i was on diet since then but last week i had a lot of junk foof, oily basically i shouldn't have ate. And suddenly again i developed chest pain this time accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath (but i was jogging) the pain was mild though but it made my anxiety shoot skyhigh, i consulted another gp (homeopath).
