My 62 yr old aunt is getting a pinching pain below the navel on the left hand side and seems to be spreading to the waist and below. She's in quiet discomfort. Can you please advice.

I am having acne in my chin region and I have this acne frequently appearing which is quiet big and painful and leaving marks .I am having small pores all around my cheek chin and forehead region..and my skin is quiet kily which was not like this before but its like oily everytime.lot of blackheads all around chin cheek and forehead. I am hearing a continuous sound inside the ear that is greatly disturbing my sleep. In normal day time the sound is too soft to pay heed to. But during night when everything becomes quiet then I prominently hear that sound. Because of this sound I can't even sleep properly. Also if I block my ears with fingers that time too the sound gets prominent. Please tell me what I should do. The sound resembles as if someone is performing a welding operation, although the sound is very very faint, it can only be heard when everything is quiet.

I don’t know what to call this, maybe some sort of defensive mechanism. I am a very quiet person, to the point you would think I’m mute. as a kid, when people talk to me, I have this natural response as to talk to people a lot, Because they don’t like people as quiet as me, it is almost like a second mask. It’s really bad since even my family doesn’t realise im like this, I don’t even know how to control it. And it’s like I’m stuck and no one really knows the real me,and I constantly cry over it
