I have had Tinea infection on various body parts like inner thighs, groin, belt area, armpits for almost 4-5 months now. I did the following course for 4 weeks - Tab Prugo 10 (once a day), Cap Canditral 100 (once a day), Ointment Propyzole (once during night), Ointment Sebifin (once during day). I did the above course twice weeks while increasing my dosage the second time. The infection usually subsides for sometime when I'm taking the medicine and then appears again after the course is complete. Please suggest a more effective course to get rid of Tinea.

After consulting a dermatologist, I did the following course for 4 weeks - Tab Prugo 10 (once a day), Cap Canditral 100 (once a day), Ointment Propyzole (once during night), Ointment Sebifin (once during day). I did the above course twice weeks while increasing my dosage the second time. The infection usually subsides for sometime when I'm taking the medicine and then appears again after the course is complete while slowly moving from groin area and thighs to upper body parts around neck and ear. Please suggest a more effective course to get rid of this. I have attached photo for reference.
