Pregnancy and allergy related

I just recently bought a sinus relief nasal spray and was wondering if it's safe to use while pregnant. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant yet so I got a test and just wanted to know if I would be able to use this allergy spray if I do find out I'm pregnant. It's an extra strength sinus relief spray, phenylephrine hydrochloride 1.0% from CVS.
