HI Doc, I have Scabies near my scrotum and have bad itching. this has become big wounds. i have taken Ivermectin and Permethrin cream but this is still not reduced. could you please suggest an oral antibiotic to reduce the wound and itchiness?

1:- During scabies treatment So how many hours later a person need to get a shower or bath after applying permethrin lotion ? And this shower or bath can be done only with water ? Or a long with soap or shampoo ?

As per description 1 tablet ivermectol And permethrin cream 1 day and soap for But there is itching in peins and small bump swelling is not gone i used the medice for last 4 days

Sir actually I was having a itching. After consulting doctor he prescribed me medicine I taked them and itching gets away..But as soon I stop to take mesicine it starts itching again. Medicine prescibed (EBASTINE tablets) and. ( permethrin lotion5%)

Hello doctor, My daughter 10year old came from boarding school and could see rashes on her hands and legs with too much itching using cream permethrin but no use of it. Could you please suggest food and medicine to cure these rashes. Enclosed picture for reference. Thanks in advance.

I went for checkup doctor said its scabies and given me medicines terbinafine, amoxicillin-clavulanate tablets, and permethrin lotion. after 10 days of use the size of bumps reduces to almost zero so. I stopped taking medicines. but now their size again start increasing.

Good evening Sir/Mam i am a mbbs student i had night itch 10 days ago and same was happening to my mother from earlier 15 days from that. so it seemed scabies. We both applied permethrin lotion twice and even took ivermectin 12 mg once later. and still there are little bumps and itch, itching is like pins. *no bumps in between fingers nor on genital* as applied permethrin there alot. The doubt is, No one else at home has it except us ,even we use same bed/sofa and live closely. now i am doubtful that can it be something else. i had same issue 2 years back Dr. diagnosed scabies, it lasted for 8 months even after applying permethrin many times pls Help. I was suffering from scabies 4-5 months ago. After using permethrin and lindane lotion, I almost recovered. But in some body parts like armpits, genitals. There is still nodular bumps and itching persist. I tried corticosteroid ointment and oral anti-allergic medicine but still those nodules and itching exist.

I have a scabies its been months and i have treated myself with permethrin twice. Scabies leave rash on penis and scrotum. Scrotum one are healing but penis one is not healing but getting worse and penis is dry and flaky skin sometimes it hurt. I am attaching pics too

I got scabies..I had applied Permethrin cream 2 days before..most of the itching problem is going but today I got a small white bump on my finger with little itching..and now that bump has almost gone automatically with in few hours ... Does it indicate that mites are still alive or it is fine ?
