My hair on the top part of the scalpe was pulled very hard the other day . The scalpe of the pulled area still sores... The area includes the area that hair was torn apart from the scalpe after pulled off 6 months ago..... My hair in the area is going to be susceptoble to tension and going to be easily fall off? Do I stop getting my hair perm as they pull hair somewhat when they use rots??

Hello Doctor, I have pain near left side of the anal region. When Im about to pass stool and when the anal region gets opened I get a slight pain as if it has been cut or torn.The rest happens smoothly.It hurts only on the left side and sometimes the pain stays there for half of the day.this anal problem has been with me frm past 10years and now I get so damn scared thinking about the pain and even get night mares regarding this.Is this pain can be a result of my overthinking about the same problm everyday.can pyschologyical issues can result in reoccurrence of this pain in anal region?I'm damn scared to get the test done and also surgery.not sure how to go about it.From past 10years this has been a recurring problem but not continuos.When first doctor diagnosed he said I have got internal piles and then after few months due to lack of diet I had to suffer from fissures. After that I naturally cured it by taking healthy diet but the problem is not getting over. is there a perm solution

I am 22 years old, last period date 10/08/2023. I got intimate and the guy touched the opening of the vagina by rubbing his penis. There was no penetration. There was some precum on his fingers. There was no insertion of finger. This happened on day 8 - 18/08/2023 of my period cycle. Since I'm aware precum has a perms and can cause pregnancy I took I-pill within 26 hours on 19/08/2023. As of now after 5 days of taking ipill I still have not got withdrawal bleeding. I am very tensed. Am I safe from pregnancy chances in the above case?

I am suffering with Oral Lichen planus in mouth(from around 2.5 Years) and light marks on penis(It resolved with in 2Months) and i consulted 2 Skin doctors(one of famous Dermatologists in Bangalore) and they given the treatment with following medicines. 1st time - Suggested Ointments - Tess paste( triamcinolone acetonide) for oral and mouth wash 2-3 times with Betnesol(bethamethasone 0.5mg) tablet 2nd time - Kenacort ( triamcinolone acetonide content) 3rd time – Medrol 16MG Tablets( Methylprednisolone) – Seem s somewhat pain resolved, but no perm cure. But from last 20 days i am feeling irritation when eating light spicy also and also little bit discomfortness feeling. I am scare of mouth Cancer, where I can go for better treatment.

I'm dealing with jaw pain under ear area&neck since May 2020.Dentist spotted tooth 46 which hurts for tapping&biting pressure on it during that visit. No pain on that tooth before&I was chewing on it before.Only had pain in the lower jaw under ear,ear pain&neck pain.Sent me to Endo,he said RCT for this tapping &biting pressure sensitivity.Had rct in Sept 2020.No relief.Same symptoms persist.Same Tapping&biting pressure pain on it.Had perm crown&no relief.Same lower jaw end pain&46 pain.46 started aching sore constantly after root canal in the tooth&gum.Seen OMFS,tmj specialist,Neurologist.Nothing found.Dentist told to extract the tooth&see. Saw another Endo few months back,said my distal root is not filled properly&need retreat.Had retreatment in 2 steps.had sealing done 3 weeks ago. No relief yet.Tooth&gum area(near the root of the tip)hurts for touching, brushing and any little pressure on it. Feel like full&pressure.told to extract.taken CBCT&normal. why tooth&gum hurts to touch?

I had root canal on tooth #46 suspecting a tooth root fracture in sept'20. I didn't have any pain on that tooth before I go to dentist. I have constant burning and sore pain under ear in jaw and neck for 9 months now. went to dentist for that. I have lump like spots which hurts to touch under the ear in the jaw and neck. I have a hard small pea size lump in neck. I have mild swelling in lower jaw and side of the neck which is so tender. he tested #46 which hurts for tapping and Biting on one spot. Xrays normal. So he took CbcT scan and suspect a tooth root fracture on it and want me to extract.went to Endo. he said no fracture,rct needed. I did rct and perm crown. still same symptoms in lower jaw and neck. dentist want me to extract and saying that tooth is reason for my pain. went back to Endo. he tapped and gave bite sloth. both hurts. he is not sure why I have same pain even after root canal. he wanted me to go for extract or retreat RCT.I don't knw what should be next step.

I have lower jaw pain under ear and neck since may. Dentist suspect a tooth fracture on #46. But he is not sure.Want me to try extraction and implant. He also said it could be tmjd issue. But want me to try extraction too.I went to Endo and he couldn't see any fracture in root. He see some fracture lines in the cusp area,my tooth was sensitive to bite on one spot on that tooth and cold.He told me to do RCT. Did rct 8weeks back.Still same symptoms. Went back to dentist last week to do core buildup and temporary crown. He still suspect I have tooth root fracture and that is the reason for my constant burning pain in jaw under ear and neck.I did temp crown 7 days back. I have severe sore pain and sharp pinch like pain in that tooth and gum. I am not chewing on that side at all. It's very sore pain.i have this sore pain constantly on gum and tooth Along with burning pain in lower jaw and neck. is this normal to have pain for so long?Does it indicate fracture? extraction or perm crown?
