My mother has swelling in both hands near elbow joints.It is for about 3 months but the situation has worsened as she can't pull anything with hand. She is also suffering from osteoarthritis for the last two years. Recently she is taking orcerin GM. She also have bp, sugar and allergy issues.

Male 31. I am not getting proper benefit by taking orcerin tablet, nsaids for my knee chondrolacia problem. Physiotherapy is giving avg results. I want to go back to normal life. Shall I try hyaluronic acid Injection??

Dear doctors, Kindly help regarding this. My mother is 69 years old. She has too much knee swelling. Right now she is taking proxym xt and orcerin gm. Started yesterday night. After taking yesterday too much pain but now pain is reduced a bit although she cannot walk properly. Also taking rosiflex C for a long time. Also on sugar, pressure medications She already has knee problem but this severe swelling is from the past 3 to 4 days. I am attaching one previous report and also current photo of the knee. What exactly is this and how can we proceed further?
