Recently Answered Questions on OXYSPRAY

I have got a running nose and body ache since yesterday evening. I took Combiflam 1 tablet at 7 pm yesterday and Okacet (Cetrizine) 1 tablet at 11 pm yesterday. I also took 1 shot of OxySpray (Nasal Spray) at 11 pm yesterday. Today morning I am still having Cold, little body ache and Nose and other system appears to be blocked. Please advise which medicine shall I take. I have got Crocin Advance, Crocin 650 and Nicip Cold and Flu also with me.
