Hello doctor.. my 2.6yrs old kid is having fever and cold since yesterday. Today his fever has gone upto 101F. He is not having food not taking anything other than water. I have him Nobel plus and just(n-12.5). Still having fever. Please suggest a medicine

My baby is of 2 year 5 months . He is having cold and cough and fever. What to do ?? Please suggest. Fever is because of cold and cough. Sometime fever gets gone and sometime comes back . Can we give Ibugesic Plus Suspension Or Nobel-Plus ?? Which one is best for babies for cold , cough and fever .

My daughter is 2.4 years old and her weight is 15 kg suffering from fever 102 F , I have given flexon 7.5 ml but fever again reaches to 102.4 F in 5 hours, I have now given her nobel plus 7.5ml. please let me know what else we can do to bring down her temperature. There is no other symptoms apart from fever.

From Friday afternoon he is having fever. After giving Nobel plus fever is occurring again in 4 to 5 hours. fever reaches to 102. Till yesterday night we had to give him more then 4 dosage in a day. He is now complaining throat pain. Yesterday evening he had something to eat but from then he is not even drinking water.

Why 99% Of the doctors in here consider free consultation as a mode to advertise themselves rather than just trying to actually answer than query? Hi Can we put woodwards gripe water to baby. Currently she is on fever medication(zifi 50mg dry syrup and nobel plus) since she had fever with temperature of 102 degree. She dint pass motion from 2 days and because of that she rejected food today night. But she is taking breastmilk. Kindly help

Hi My baby has fever with cold. By mistake baby eat little bit of mango. Will mango make it worse? She has temperature of 100 and when we give nobel plus it reduces to 98. Also we are giving her zifi 50mg dry syrup antibiotic as per doctor suggestion.

I have had  severe periods cramps before, but during emergencies I used to take a pain killer generally Nobel spas for relief and after having one tablet i never felt any pain afterwards.It also used to kill my body pain also. But from last few months i was having a bit irregular periods. This month when I got my periods and I had severe cramps that I couldn't bear. Surprisingly I had a tablet in the afternoon but it didn't work at all. Then I had one in night and again it didn't work. It's the second day and I am still suffering from severe cramps. What should I do?
