Since past 6 months on oxygen support for lung function disorder (ILD) to keep oxygen level above 90%. Acute coughing & chocking after meal, walking and talking. Currently on Pirfenidone tablets (800 mg daily) and Inhaler dose. Type-2 diabetic as well. Given to understand that acupuncturist can mitigate the problem so advice.

I have urination problem like burning, pain while urination with fever 3 month back after taking ciplox for 12 days problem was some how mitigate. But 20 days I noticed that I still not comfortable while urination some time very less urine came out or some time in I have to go 2-3 time for passing urine.  Some time burning also noticed. Apart from lossing weight. As per advice, urine test culture etc and ultrasound also got report are here. Last three days I am taking augmentin 625 twice a day. Is this right medicine as per my culture report please suggest me and advice any other medicine.

Recurrent Fungal infections on the Penis Foreskin,extreme itching and odor whenever i stop using anti-fungal ointments.-Also,I've had a non itchy groin folds skin discoloration for the last 6 months.I use a Clotrimazole based Powder to manage it.Mild odor whenever i stop using the powder. My skin over the testicle area , which was itching and denying my sleep till I came to you , has been recuperating. I am highly indebted for your deep observation . I could see some improvements as my itching problem is quite mitigated . Nevertheless, my predicament with rubbing of two thighs since I am quite obese , is still persisting , and I find it excruciatingly uncomfortable to walk even 10 minutes . Two days back I had fever only for 1 day. But later I realized only my face and neck was hot. I just used wet towel to reduce the temperature. Right after the fever there was slight rashes on my hand and arms. It was very itchy. I applied calamine lotion it was soothing. Now the rash has spread to neck and below neckline. I am worried.I started using Candid dusting powder and has given cooling effect.Could you please help me out what could be the reason and how to mitigate the same? I feel some tightness in arms as well. Thank you

I have the problem of frozen shoulder in right hand side. The shoulder pains whenever I do any physical work. I am under medication from last 6 months but no significant improvement has been noticed. The medication which I have been taking currently are: 1.Evion (Vitamin E acetate) 2.Defcort (Deflazacort tablet 6 mg) 3.Indocap (Indomethacin capsules) In addition to these , the doctor has recommended me some shoulder exercised which i have been doing regularly but still the problem has not been mitigated. Please suggest what else to be done.

Pain near right kidney when i sit on a chair. I also feel pain in lower abdomen sometimes. This is happening for last 2 days. Took Ciprofloxacin (Cifran 500) + meftal spas yesterday to mitigate the pain. Today agian im feeling the pain. What tests should i undergo to know the exact problem and whom should i see (Nephrologist or general physician)?

My father, aged 75y, had to undergo a leg fracture surgery when a car hit him during evening walk. He has been taking Ambulax 0.25mg once a while to mitigate old age anxiety / stress. But, post this recent surgery & hospitalization, followed by an episode of lowering of electrolytes in hospital, and urology related issues too, high levels of anxiety & stress right from evening and through the entire night, are making him very restless & nervous. Can some anti depressent be given to him which can be stopped after few weeks of being restricted in the bed, and is non-addictive?

My mother has pain in left shoulder joint. The pain is also spreading in armpit. She does not have swelling.. she has pain in other joints also..she cannot move her left hand backwards. She has no swelling on joints. Little tenderness in shoulder joint. She does not have anemia and all.  After applying pressure on that particular hand she feels sharp pain. She is doing exercise for mitigating movement restriction and all..pracetamol does not relief her pain. She is not having any other pain killer. Can she use volini and all? What causes this pain? She has arthritis for many years.. it is for one month. But after doing exercise her movement becomes improved but pain does not go away.
