I m 6 months pregnant.my bp is 140/90. i have feet swelling .how to reduce bp naturally.my gnac prescribed me methyldopa tablets alphadopa 500. i m worried about this.what should i do?

Analyse my drugs I was given after IVF on 20th August awaiting BLOOD test Prontogest 400mg vaginal pessaries Progesterone 100mg/2ml injection Salbut 4mg 1*2 Prednisolone 5mg 2*1 Ascard 75mg 1*1 dopamac methyldopa 250mg 2*3 Prenatal 1*1 Progynova 2mg 1*3

My wife has high blood pressure & diabetes she is pregnant about 37 weeks running  as our count, but as a ultrasound report she is 34 weeks  & fetal weight is 2100 grams. Recently her blood pressure is increase & her doctor prescribe methyldopa 250 mg 2 tablets for 3 times a day & labetalol Hydrochloride 200 mg 1⁄2 tablet for 2 times a day. After taking these tablets the day majority times BP remain very low like SIS = 95 to 105, DIA = 65 to 75 & some time become very high like SIS = 155 to 160 And DIA = 90 to 95 for less time & some times stay in normal range. Is these medicine safe or not in pregnancy? And her condition is not so good like. drowsiness, dizziness or lightheadedness, unsteadiness, heartbeats that suddenly become more noticeable (palpitations), confusion, feeling sick. Her doctor said these medicine will continue till Fetal weight become 2500 grams & till for her C section labour. in this situation what should I do for my wife? I want answer from a gynecologist.
