Hi...my wife is pregnant at present 8th week running...she is already ectopic last year...One of the gynecologist given maintane tablets is it for safe please tell me...?

I am 19 yrs old. I have polycystic ovaries and dermoid cyst in right ovary, irregular period. I am trying to get pregnant but unsuccessful. I have fertility problem. This month I take letroz and maintane medicine. 18days after my last period my breasts are paining and heaviness and feeling very tiredness. Why this problem? Any chances of my pregnancy this month?

I am suffering from stubborn acne from almost 4.5 years.I had hormonal imbalance which causes pcos and then I noticed appearance of acne on allover my face .I have gone through treatment and maintaning my diet, but the acne problem has not solved yet.The acne spots are present and little bumps are also there. Dear Doctors, I am 13 weeks 2 days pregnant. I have a low lying placenta. Today i spotted like 5 drops of blood. As advised by my doctor I had duphaston tablet and Inj. Maintane soon after the spotting. Now there is no More spotting but I have abdominal cramps. Will there be any risks in my pregnancy. Please advise.

It's 19th week anomaly scan, large fibroid of 6.9* 4.3  is seen in anterior uterine wall , will it bring complications. I have attached report. Every week taking maintane injection , macgest injection is given. And taking progesterone 300 mg daily. Is there risk of abortion or premature delivery

My wife had a missed abortion last year and she will be completing her two months by the end of March. When we met doctor two weeks ago she asked my wife to take maintane 500 and asked her to continue the same for two weeks once. Is it safe to take in the first trimester itself as many sources are recommending this to be taken in the second trimester. Also I read that once it is taken, we should not be missing to take this injection on regular interval. Thank you.

I'm 10W 6D pregnant with IVF single pregnant. I was taking crenone gel from 20 mar 21 BD for 10 days then OD for 3 days. Since I left taking this, I'm having rubber like brownish Or black mix tissue coming once a day while peeing. Dr suggested trenaxa for 2 days thrice a day tablet and 02 inj maintane 250mg weekly once. My scan done on 03 apr 21, all normal. But I'm worried, please help.
