My children cough and fever and 3day Dr prescription monocef o+calpol +axalin

I had high fever two days ago...I used paracip and now the temperature has come down...I went to a doctor and she prescribed me paracetamol and monocef 200 mg...I have gas problem...can I use monocef 200 mg...I saw its side effects and they are very dangerous.

I am diagnosed with Typhoid. My Widal test is positive. Leucocytes is 12700, Neutrophil is 88%, Lymphocyte is 10%. My physician has prescribed me Monocef 2g+2g per day for 4 days. Is it safe to take more than 2g of dose of Monocef injection a day? Monocef 2g was not available at the chemist shop so I bought 1g+1g. Is it ok?

Hello Doctors Greetings. I have been prescribed monocef 200 tablets or ciprofloxacin and alkasol by my Doctors for uti. I am 35 yrs old unmarried female. I am not able to get in touch with my Doctor.. So she has mentioned either of them(Monocef or Cipro) Pls let me know which one is better.  Both are broad spectrum medicines.
